Actor Kareena Kapoor, who had decided to do intimate scenes only with beau Saif Ali Khan, will perform a steamy scene with co-star Arjun Rampal for filmmaker Madhur Bhandakar’s Heroine. In the scene, she smokes, drinks, and ends up getting intimate with Rampal.

Bhandakar has assured Bebo that the scene will be shot aesthetically, with only a few members from the crew present for the shoot, a source revealed. The scene will be shot at a five-star hotel in Mumbai on March 20.
