After having signed Sonakshi Sinha to essay the role of Dawood Ibrahim's sister, late Haseena Parkar, for his upcoming biopic, film-maker Apoorva Lakhia is reportedly going slow with the movie's casting and other production processes.

Sonakhsi says the film has a "brilliant script" and she "can't wait" to take on the role. (IANS photo)
An insider says, "There are other pivotal roles in the film. The makers are still contemplating who to cast for those."
Apoorva, who has directed films like Shootout At Lokhandwala (2007), Mission Istaanbul (2008), and the remake of Zanjeer (1973), is going to start shooting for the biopic in January. In the meantime, Sonakshi will also have finished working on her other projects.
