Filmmakers ban cellphones, cameras and visitors on sets to guard actors’ look.
Murder 2

Filmmaker Mohit Suri went a step further and allowed only two-three unit members during the shoot of special scenes. This was to ensure that no one clicked any pictures while the shoot was on.
“Forget visitors! I didn’t even allow my unit when the lead actors Emraan Hashmi and Jacqueline Fernandes were shooting steamy scenes. It would have been a problem if somebody had recorded the clip on the phone and circulated it. One has to be very careful,” he says.
Heroine
Director: Madhur Bhandarkar
Madhur wants to keep his script and lead actor Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s look in the film a secret. Thus, the cast and crew has been instructed not to have any visitors on the sets and mobile phones, too have been banned.
Fourteen security guards have been employed on the sets to keep the media and fans at bay.
Bodyguard

Soon after actor Kareena Kapoor’s look in Atul Agnihotri’s Bodyguard was leaked online, the director got busy controlling the damage.
“Technology has become quite a hazard,” he says from Patiala, where the unit is shooting. “I have employed security that especially has the task of seeing that no one takes pictures while Salman and Kareena are giving a shot. An actor’s look in the film should be revealed at the right time,” he says, adding, “But I admit it’s difficult as people carry minute cameras now.”
Agneepath

Actor Hrithik Roshan was furious when pictures of him shooting a dahi handi scene with co-star Priyanka Chopra were leaked online and made their way to newspapers. He, personally, called up the production house to enquire about the leak.
Following this, security has been doubled. They ensure that there are no camera persons and no one is uses cellphones to click the actor.
The Dirty Picture

Filmmaker Ekta Kapoor banned cellphones on the sets of her film after Hrithik Roshan’s look in Agneepath was leaked. Kapoor asked the entire crew to report to work without mobile phones and even asked visitors to come without one. The producer said that she did not want her film The Dirty Picture to face the fate that others recently had. “We hear about looks being revealed. I don’t want that to happen to my film,” she said.
Actor Shahid Kapoor's look of an Air Force pilot in his home production, Mausam, was leaked online when his fans photographed him in Edinburgh, where he was shooting.
Actor Saif Ali Khan's look of a sikh in Love Aaj Kal, 2009, was leaked when the media clicked him at the Patiala railway station where he was filming a scene.
Actor Shah Rukh Khan's look in Don 2 was also leaked when he was photographed while on his way to the sets in Malaysia early this year.
Actor Amitabh Bachchan's look in Paa was also leaked when he was on his way to the sets from his hotel in Delhi. On the sets, the crew kept his face covered with towels.
