“The location was so beautiful that I used to do a lot of cycling around the place. And as I had to shoot in a bikini it helped me a lot. Whether we had a shoot or not, me, shahid and Ishaan (Shahid’s brother) didn’t miss a chance to work out in the fresh air,” Alia said at the launch of Visit Britain’s Bollywood Britain - Shaandaar campaign.

“The scenic beauty of the location made me do more jogging, exercising in fresh air. So it eased me a lot for the bikini shoot. In Mumbai, we hardly get so much open place and fresh air to exercise. It was a really wonderful experience for me,” she added.

Alia also said that British people are “very warm” and “friendly”.
