A day after unveiling the motion poster of his upcoming film daddy, Bollywood actor Arjun Rampal revealed the first teaser of the film Wednesday evening.
The video is a sneak peak into a police interrogation of dreaded gangster Arun Gawli and Arjun answers the questions with his face down. Only when asked his name, Arjun’s eyes meet the camera as he introduces himself as ‘Arun Gawli’.
Arjun Rampal plays the role of gangster-turned-politician Arun Gawli in Daddy, that is produced by Eros International and directed by Ashim Ahluwalia.
Arun Gawli was nicknamed ‘Daddy’ as he was considered the Robin Hood of his chawl in Mumbai. He was sentenced to life imprisonment in 2012 for the murder of a Shiv Sena leader.
