Actor Chitrangada Singh, who has done her first item number for filmmaker Shirish Kunder’s movie, Joker, says it is inspired by actor Madhuri Dixit’s number from the film, Sailaab.

Actor Chitrangada Singh, who has done her first item number for filmmaker Shirish Kunder’s movie, Joker, says it is inspired by actor Madhuri Dixit’s number from the film, Sailaab.

“When Farah Khan offered me the song, I asked what’s it about? What look will I have? She said we’ll try and get the same look like Madhuri,” said Chitrangada, adding: “But you can’t do a Madhuri, you can only try. So, we’ve tried and had fun doing that.”
