Even after four successful years in the film industry, actor Deepika Padukone says she misses her first profession, modelling. And, every time the 25-year-old sees the hustle bustle of the fashion week, she gets nostalgic.

“Right from the time you land in the city, the venue, fitting session, interacting with models, designers, buyers… I miss the whole buzz of these hectic five days of fashion week,” says Padukone, who walked the ramp in a white Wendell Rodricks gown at the Fiama Di Wills show at the ongoing Fashion Week in Delhi.

Walking the ramp doesn’t get the actor as nervous as a Friday morning. “On a Friday morning, when my movie is releasing, I get really anxious and nervous. If a movie doesn’t do well, you do get disappointed, because you have put in your best efforts,” says Padukone, whose last film Aarakshan didn’t do too well at the box office.
