Has Mithoon composed a record-breaking 18-minute-long song for Half Girlfriend?

Mithoon, who is composing music for Half Girlfriend, Arjun Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor’s film based on Chetan Bhagat’s book by the same name, has reportedly created an 18-minute-long song that will be theme song.

Looks like the makers of Arjun Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor’s film Half Girlfriend, based on Chetan Bhagat’s book by the same name, are going full throttle with their promotions for the film. Reports suggest that the film will have the longest Hindi film song.

Mithoon is composing music for the film based on Chetan Bhagat’s book by the same name, Half Girlfriend.

Arjun and Shraddha play lead roles in Half Girlfriend.

Mithoon, who is composing music for the film, has reportedly created an 18-minute-long theme song. A report in Spotboye quoted a source as saying, “The song is written by Manoj Muntashir and it will be played at a crucial juncture of the film. The lyrics of the song are beautiful and Manojji had written these poems at a very early age. He had recited these poems at one of the concerts and director Mohit Suri heard them.”

Hindustan Times could not independently verify the report.

Half Girlfriend is produced by Balaji Motion Pictures, Mohit Suri and Chetan Bhagat and is slated to release on April 28.
