After Rajesh Khanna's demise on Wednesday, several film events were rescheduled. The trailer of Heroine, which was to be launched on Saturday, has also been pushed forward to avoid coinciding with the veteran's chautha (fourth day prayer ceremony) that took place yesterday.

Director Madhur Bhandarkar remained unavailable for comment, but buzz is that the trailer will now be launched on July 25.
A spokesperson from co-producers UTV-Disney Motion Pictures says, "Madhur and UTV decided to cancel the launch on the day of his 'chautha'."
