Imran Khan dons dhoti for Gori Tere Pyar Mein

Imran dons a traditional wedding attire - what the Tamilians call pattu veshti (dhoti with a gold border) and angvastram along with the sacred ash or vibhut and the kumkum applied on the forehead - and is apparently seen running away from the ceremony.

Imran Khan will be seen playing the role of a South Indian boy in the upcoming Punit Malhotra directorial Gori Tere Pyar Mein.



The actor dons a traditional wedding attire - what the South Indians (Tamil Nadu) call as 'Pattu veshti' (

dhoti

with a gold border) and

Angvastram

along with the sacred ash or

Vibhut

and the auspicious

kumkum

applied to the forehead; apparently running away from his marriage.



The film has Kareena Kapoor playing his love interest and also Shraddha Kapoor, who plays Imran's fiance. Gori Tere Pyar Mein is slated to release on November 22.
