Buzz is that Sanjay Dutt and Ajay Devgn will reprise their characters Raggu and Sultan Mirza in David Dhawan’s Rascals. In the film’s theatrical trailer they will be seen comically challenging each other as their Vaastav and Once upon a time in Mumbaai avatars respectively.
