There’s no stopping Salman Khan’s Bajrangi Bhaijaan. After setting the box office on fire with record first-weekend collection, this Kabir Khan-directed film is bulldozing its way to record books: In the first five days of its release, it has collected a whopping Rs 151.05 crore. Tarade analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted about the film’s business.
Directed by Kabir Khan, Bajrangi Bhaijaan is the story of a good-natured Delhi guy Pawan Kumar Chaturvedi who has taken it upon himself to reunite a lost Pakistani girl with her parents in that country.

Going by the current performance of the film, it seems Bajrangi Bhaijaan is going to emerge as Salman Khan’s first film to enter the Rs 200 crore club.
It’s getting a stiff competition from multi-lingual film Baahubali at the ticket window. Interestingly, both the films are written by the same person, V. Vijayendra Prasad.
