Picking up business by word of mouth, Salman Khan-starrer Jai Ho has managed collections of around Rs 60.68 crore over the weekend.

After earning Rs 17.75 crore on Friday, the Jai Ho collections dipped slightly on Saturday to Rs 16.68 crore. Though critics' reviews do not favour the film, Salman Khan's star-power was expected to draw crowds.
The word of mouth has been mixed, hence slashing the collections on Saturday.

Puneet Sahay of Spice Cinemas says audiences are not so excited about the film because of the same genre. "On Friday, the occupancy was just 40% and Saturday was 50%. Sunday's morning shows were around 80%. Going by the performances, Jai Ho will probably touch Rs 100 crore in a week, but not in the first three days of its release."
