Kareena declines dinner invite by British royalty

Actor Kareena Kapoor Khan who was invited to attend a charity event in honour of Prince William and Kate Middleton, declined the offer as her husband Saif Ali Khan is busy.

Actor Kareena Kapoor Khan has reportedly declined an invitation to attend a charity function in Mumbai which will be hosted in the honour of British royalty, Prince William and Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton.

According to a report in Mid Day, Bebo’s husband will be busy and she does not want to attend the party alone.

“Kareena has confided in her friends that since Saif is shooting and won’t be able to make it to the royal reception, she also does not want to attend it. Despite being approached by the authorities repeatedly, she does not want to go alone,” a source was quoted as saying.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will reach India on April 10. Their busy schedule will see them paying tribute to victims of the Mumbai attacks and sitting for an iconic photo on the lovers bench at the Taj Mahal.
