After making

within four days of its release, sci-fi flick Krrish 3 starring Hrithik Roshan has crossed the Rs 150 crore mark after six days at the

. And now, it is getting set to enter the relatively less crowded Rs 200 crore club, if trade analysts are to be believed.

"I expect Krrish 3 to cross Rs 200 crore mark in India by the second weekend of its release. It will be the third film to join the Rs 200 crore club after 3 Idiots and Chennai Express," said trade analyst Taran Adarsh.

Adarsh also posted the current break-up of the superhero flick on Twitter, "#Krrish3 crosses Rs 150 cr mark in India. Wed: Rs. 18.11 cr. Total: Rs. 152.98 cr. FABULOUS."

The film's release before Diwali was a gamble that paid off.

“Pre-Diwali is the worst period of the year as many theatre owners keep their doors closed because of renovation and re-painting. Rakesh Roshan did a very daring thing by going against norms of the trade and releasing the film,” trade expert Amod Mehra said.
