My daughter is a fan of Deepika Padukone and Varun Dhawan, reveals Juhi Chawla

Actor Juhi Chawla talks about how her daughter Jhanvi often gets star-struck on seeing the fresh breed of actors, whom Juhi has seen growing up on the sets of her films.

Actor Juhi Chawla often talks about how her kids, son Arjun and daughter Jhanvi, haven’t seen any of her popular films from the ’90s, and still, she really wishes that they grow up to be actors. Even though both her kids have other career plans in mind,they do get star-struck on seeing or meeting a top Bollywood actor.

Ask Juhi if there has ever been such a moment, she says that her daughter often gets awestruck when she sees Deepika Padukone or Varun Dhawan on-screen. “Jhanvi has always been a fan of Deepika and once the actor had come over and I think, Jhanvi must have been quite in a daze,” says Juhi. Really? “Yes, she did. Come on, it’s natural for my kids,” she adds.

So, is there anything in particular that Jhanvi admires about Deepika or Varun? “I think, she just likes the personalities of both of these actors. She loves to watch their films and follow them on social media. I can’t recollect more details of what exactly she said about them, but she did mention that she really likes Deepika as an actor.”
