Celebrity roasts (comic events where actors or famous personalities are made fun of) are quite popular in the west. Some of the stars who have been roasted in the past include Pamela Anderson, Charlie Sheen and James Franco. Comedy collective, All India Bakc**d’s (AIB) debut roast in India with actors Arjun Kapoor and Ranveer Singh has been in the news since it was announced.
Now, it has been revealed that Parineeti Chopra and Raghu Ram will join the panel of roasters that includes AIB members and Rajeev Masand, among other comics.

Though the show will see AIB members and professional comics — Rohan Joshi, Tanmay Bhat, Ashish Shakya, Gursimran Khamba, as well as Aditi Mittal and Abish Matthew — grill the stars, film-maker Karan Johar will reportedly be the ‘roast master’, the host of the evening, who makes sure the tone of the event remains pretty evil.
When contacted, Tanmay, one of the co-founders of the group, confirmed the development, saying, "Six comedians and four film personalities will come together to throw one-liners that badger and erode Ranveer and Arjun’s ego bit by bit until Ranveer and Arjun give us their rebuttals. It will be a night of insult comedy like none other."
