Pirated prints seized

AACT has seized more than 1 lakh pirated prints in North India and Mumbai last month including DVDs of Do Dooni Char and Robot. Read on to find more about it.

The Alliance Against Copyright Theft (AACT), a coalition between Hollywood and Bollywood studios to fight piracy in India, seized more than 1 lakh pirated prints in North India and Mumbai last month.

The team has conducted large raids based on complaints registered on their helpline.

These include DVDs of new releases such as Do Dooni Char and Robot. The DVDs are worth Rs.10.6 million.
