Saif Ali Khan, who got the rights of Pakistani singer Aarif Lohar's song Jugni for his home production Cocktail, is threatening to sue producer Sunil Bohra who has used the song in his upcoming film Sahib Biwi Aur Gangster.

Apparently, both the parties have taken permission to use the song from the Pakistani singer.

The song sequence starring Randeep Hooda and Mahie Gill is already being shot.

"I bought the song since it suited a particular sequence in my film. We do not own the copyright of the song but have a simple licensing deal. We do not have a problem with anybody else having the song. In fact, I wish them all the luck. Jugni is a beautiful song and it can be shot with 100 different actors in 100 different ways without it losing its charm," Bohra told Mumbai Mirror.

However, Saif Ali Khan isn't so modest about the whole episode.
