Sanjay Dutt should now follow ‘Gandhigiri’: Shatrughan Sinha
The Munna Bhai star was sentenced to six years for illegal possession and destruction of an AK-56 rifle. The term was later reduced to five years by the Supreme Court.
Actor-politician Shatrughan Sinha is relived that his dear “family friend” Sanjay Dutt is out of jail. The 70-year-old actor said the Zinda star, who returned home following his jail term on February 25, should follow Gandhigiri like his 2006 film Lage Raho Munna Bhai. “Sanjay Dutt should now follow Gandhigiri that he preached in Munnabhai MBBS. Happy for his family and friends who waited for him to be released.”
“Relieved with release of Sanjay, a dear family friend. Feel happier for late and great Sunil Dutt a true Indian and a staunch nationalist,” Sinha posted on Twitter.
