Despite the forced marriage, Bindya stays involved with Johnny. “Bindya suffers from the frustration of this dual life while Johnny is upset because he can’t live without her and yet can’t run away with her. It’s in this state of flux that you see these intimate scenes with Neil where she just wants to be with him and hence the raw passion, while with Kay Kay, she resists the intimacy,” says Goswami.
