Bollywood actor Sonam Kapoor began her wedding celebrations Sunday evening with the mehendi ceremony in Mumbai and her pictures with her husband-to-be, Anand Ahuja are enough proof of the love and bond they share.

Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja will tie the knot on May 8.

In new pictures from inside their mehendi celebrations, the soon-to-be married couple can be seen happily posing together for the cameras. Their blushing faces and broad smiles speak volumes for their happiness.

Sonam and Anand confirmed their wedding date last week, putting all rumours and speculations to rest. Sangeet is expected to be held on May 7 and the wedding will be followed by a reception on May 8 in Mumbai. The ceremonies will be held at Bandra Kurla Complex, Bandra Bandstand and The Leela hotel. Sonam plans to head to Cannes soon after her wedding.
