Sonam Kapoor’s Veere Di Wedding to clash with brother Harshvardhan’s Bhavesh Joshi Superhero

Harshvardhan Kapoor’s Bhavesh Joshi Superhero will release alongside sister Sonam’s Veere Di Wedding, leaving John Abraham’s Parmanu to clash with Madhuri Dixit’s Marathi debut, Bucket List.

Harshvardhan Kapoor’s second Bollywood outing, Bhavesh Joshi Superhero, is all set for a box office clash with sister Sonam Kapoor’s Veere Di Wedding on June 1. Initially slated to hit theatres on May 25, the makers shared a new poster on Wednesday revealing the new release date.

Producers of the film, Eros Now, tweeted, “Our film #BhaveshJoshiSuperhero will now be releasing on 1st June! Get ready!”

The film is produced by Eros International, Reliance Entertainment, Vikas Bahl, Madhu Mantena and Anurag Kashyap.

Directed by Vikramaditya Motwane, Bhavesh Joshi Superhero was originally set to clash with John Abraham’s Parmanu The Story of Pokhran. Parmanu will now have a solo release in Hindi regions while Madhuri Dixit’s Marathi debut, Bucket List is likely to be a solid competition in Maharashtra centres.
