Dressed in a short thigh-high number, actor Prachi Desai too, got the lensmen busy. Bolly-wood’s evergreen romantic couple Neetu and Rishi Kapoor charmed everyone at the party. However, it seems actor Neha Dhupia, turned many heads in a fitted black frilly gown.
