It was a starry Saturday evening as the national capital witnessed the biggest of celebrites coming together for a common cause. Celebrities from the Bollywood film industry came, dance, sang and talked about raising money for those who were affected in the Kashmir floods last month.
Aamir Khan and Farhan Akhtar among other stars urged the entire capital to donate money for the flood victims as a part of Hum Hain... Umeed-E Kashmir in association with Hindustan Times.

Actor, director and singer, Farhan Akhtar kickstarted the evening, with a 10 minute performance, in which the 40-year-old actor sang some of the classics from his films including Dil Chahta Hai and Rock On.
Aamir Khan followed the suit and sat down with host Samir Kochar to discuss his love for Kashmir and Explain the significance of the fundraiser. The Bollywood superstar, in the end announced that he will be donating Rs 25 Lakh to the charity.
