The Fakir of Venice was Farhan Akhtar’s first film, better ask him: Annu Kapoor

Annu Kapoor, whose Akshay Kumar-starrer Jolly LLB 2 released last week, has confirmed that The Fakir of Venice was actor Farhan Akhtar’s first film in Bollywood. “It was Farhan’s first film with me, so better ask him how he felt working with a senior actor like me,” Annu said in an interview to a daily.

When asked about his The Fakir of Venice co-star Farhan Akhtar, Annu told DNA, “It was Farhan’s first film with me, so better ask him how he felt working with a senior actor like me.”

The Fakir Of Venice, which is finally going to hit the screens after nine years, was meant to be his acting debut. Directed by Anand Surapur, the film is about two conmen who are hired to find a poor guy from India for an art project in Venice.
