Rani’s representative clarified that she was not on any social media platform and those viral photos of her baby Adira were fake.

Just when it seemed Rani had finally decided to share the first pictures of her baby, the Bollywood actress’ representative clarified that Rani was not on any social media platform. The pictures were shared by an Instagram account ‘iamranichopra’, which Rani, clearly, does not operate.

A statement issued from the actress’ side stated that there are many fake accounts that keep cropping up in the name of the Mardaani actress.

“This is to inform you that Rani Mukerji is not on any social media platform and has never been. There are several fake accounts that keep cropping up. We would like to request you to not pay any heed to them or the content they put up as it is all fake,” Rani’s spokesperson said in a statement.

Meanwhile, with these photos of Adira now being deemed fake, we can no longer access the ‘iamranichopra’ account on Instagram, either.

Rani and Aditya, who had been in a relationship for long, got married in April 2014 in Italy. The couple welcomed their first daughter on 9 December 2015.
