Author-diplomat Pavan Varma, who was the chief guest at the function, launched the book amidst rounds of sher-o-amidst rounds of sher-o-shayari. Varma was accompanied by his wife Renuka. Painter Manu Parekh and wife Madhvi congratulated Dr Kothari for the rare and beautiful collection of artefacts depicting erotica. Also spotted were Central Excise Commissioner T.H.K Ghauri and Income Tax Commissioner Ashim Kumar, engrossed in an animated conversation.
