The betting continues till all except one player have folded (he wins the pot). Or when someone asks for a ‘show’ and that’s when cards are compared. The winner is decided on the possible combinations from the strongest to the weakest

Three of a kind

Pure sequence (sequence of the same suit)

Sequence (Three cards in a row)

Colour (Three of the same suit)

High card (Ace is highest) Pair
