I grew up in a house where reading was very important. I started reading at a very young age, and very early on moved to reading novels like Ulysses and Gone With The Wind. But it was The Fountainhead by Ayn Rand that blew me away, especially the character of the architect Howard Roark. His passion for his work inspired me to seek out my passion: dance. It led me to create a world for myself where I was most happy when I was dancing, and I didn’t need anyone’s approval. I have not stopped dancing since!
