NEW DELHI: The government should move to a flat levy for spectrum usage charge (SUC) as suggested by telecom regulator Trai, or clearly specify a timeline if it decides to adopt an interim weighted average formula, industry body COAI said on Wednesday. COAI Director General Rajan S Mathews said, “We believe this (SUCC) should move to the flat 1% previously recommended by Trai.”
