MUMBAI: The government is targeting defence exports of ₹8,000-10,000 crore, up from around $3,000 crore now, defence minister Manohar Parrikar said on Wednesday. The rising exports come on the back of the offset clause, which requires foreign arms manufacturers securing orders from India to source components worth 30% of the value of the deal from India.
