PANAJI: Concerned over no takers for the coal produced by Coal India (CIL), the Centre on Thursday asked state-owned power generation firms to immediately stop imports of the fuel and instead buy coal from the company, coal secretary Anil Swarup said during the inauguration of a two-day conference on power.
