Anshuman Ruia resigns from Essar Securities Board
Essar Securities, an entity under Essar Group, today said Anshuman Ruia has resigned as director of the company. He seized to be director from June 13, 2011, Essar Securities informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.

Essar Securities, an entity under Essar Group, on Tuesday said Anshuman Ruia has resigned as director of the company.
He seized to be director from June 13, 2011, Essar Securities informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
At the end of March, 2011, the promoter group held 74.92% stake in Essar Securities.
Anshuman Ruia is a promoter director of Essar Group.
According to the group's website, Anshuman oversees Essar's Shipping Ports & Logistics, Telecom & BPO, and Power businesses.
