NEW DELHI: Housing.com has launched a Rs 9,999 Premium Price Card, which will give its owners special discounts in properties sold by 25 developers. The portal claims that the card, which is the first-of-its-kind in the sector, can yield savings in the range of Rs 1.2-31.5 lakh, depending on the developer and the house on sale. “Homebuyers will get access to assured savings,” said Nikhil Rungta, chief marketing officer, Housing.com. The concept will be launched in Pune, and then extended to Mumbai, Bangalore and Delhi.
