Innocean India appoints Santosh Kumar as new COO

Kumar, who has previously worked with more than 100 brands, including Hindustan Times, was based in Singapore before arriving at Innocean India.

Innocean India, part of the Seoul-based INNOCEAN Global Network, on Tuesday announced the appointment of its new Chief Operating Officer (COO) Santosh Kumar who, the company said, has a successful track record in large corporates, and also as an entrepreneur.

“He brings to the company a wide range of capabilities beyond advertising. As a seasoned, resourceful, and innovative agency business leader and digital transformation specialist, Santosh has a successful track record of over 18 years of delivering at the intersection of consumer, media, and brands enabled by creativity, data, and technology,” said Innocean India in a press release.

Kumar, who has previously worked with more than 100 brands, including Hindustan Times, was based in Singapore before arriving at Innocean India. Founder of successful start-ups Mangodata and Webitude, he has worked in both domestic and international markets, including Singapore, Southeast Asia and the Middle East.

Commenting on the appointment, Hak-No Yun, Managing Director, Innocean India, said he was delighted to welcome Santosh Kumar at a critical juncture in the firm's operations.

Kumar, in turn, said he was thrilled to be joining the agency, adding that his aim will be to guide it towards becoming a modern, forward-thinking company that delivers comprehensive brand experiences.
