Of the seven phases of NHDP, only one phase of the programme which covers the Golden Quadrilateral has been completed. The other six phases are in different phases of completion.

“It is business as usual for the infrastructure sector. We take heart from finance minister’s statement where he has said budget is not the only vehicle and we would look forward to engage with other ministries in the future to carry out the unfinished agenda,” Vinayak Chatterjee, chairman, Feedback Ventures said.
