The cell phone maker says it will swap users' phones for an updated Lumia 900 and that all buyers of the phone would receive the $100 credit.

The Finnish company launched the Lumia 900 phone in the United States on Monday with a large campaign, selling it for $99.99 at AT&T.

Wednesday's announcement came as Nokia gave a profit warning, saying strong competition will hit it's first-quarter earnings with no improvement expected in the second quarter.
