Pakistan's consumer price index (CPI), a key indicator of inflation, rose 12.69 per cent in June from a year ago, the Federal Bureau of Statistics said on Monday.

The CPI was up 0.65 per cent from May this year.

Using 2000/01 as the base year, the CPI index stood at 225.03 in June against 223.58 in May.
