The 30-share index, Sensex, which had been in better form in last few sessions, attracted profit booking and fell by 30.71 points at 14,470.37 in first five minutes of trading.

Similarly, the wide-based National Stock Exchange Nifty also lost 12.30 points at 4,273.40.
