After a weak start, the Bombay Stock Exchange benchmark Sensex bounced back and gained 202 points at midsession on Thursday on revival of buying by funds.

At 1400 hrs, the 30-share index, which lost nearly 80 points in early trade, moved up by 202 points at 15,275.91, a level last seen on June 12.
The wide-based National Stock Exchange's index Nifty raised by 62.60 points at 4,580.15 as most of the heavyweight stocks led by metal, banks and refinery segment surged smartly.
