'Train the Trainer' Workshop organised by AAI

AAI has taken a pioneering step for prevention of sexual harassment at work place. The AAI management realising the need to create awareness among its employees and to make AAI a zero tolerance zone for sexual harassment, with the special interest and passion of Archana Agrawal, President - Kalyanmayee organised workshops across AAI and sensitised over 6000 employees.

These workshops have been conducted by Javita Narang who has done extensive work in gender and adolescent issues in India and abroad. To sensitise employees in AAI, a three-day workshop on Train-the-Trainer was organised from March 16-18, 2011 at Indian Aviation Academy (NIAMAR Society).
