ASI caught while taking bribe in Rohtak

Haryana state vigilance bureau on Wednesday caught Rohtak assistant sub-inspector (ASI) Ram Pal while accepting bribe of Rs 10,000 from another ASI Jagdish Chander for stopping one annual increment instead of dismissal.

A spokesman of the bureau said that a case has been registered, under section 7 of Prevention of Corruption Act (PCA), in the bureau's police station, Rohtak and it was being further investigated.
