A BSc first year student studying in the Mandi Government Degree College committed suicide by hanging herself on Thursday evening.
The victim was earlier studying MBBS at a medical college in China but left her studies there and took admission in the Mandi college. She was staying with some relatives here.

The cause of the suicide is not yet known. The body has been sent to the zonal hospital for post mortem.
