Addressing press conference at Hansi on Sunday, Kanda said, “We have decided to field candidates on all assembly segments and preparations for the same have already begun.

Many leaders from other parties are interested in joining our outfit but we shall take only those with good reputation and clean image.”

Earlier, he addressed his party workers and asked them to be ready for the assembly elections, which can take place any time.

In a reply to a question about alliance with any party, Kanda said anything is possible in politics.

Kanda also addressed a rally at Uklana. He announced that if his party is voted to power, free electricity will be supplied for tubewells to farmers.

He appealed to the people to discard those who want to perpetuate dynastic rule in the state.

The large gathering at the rally shows the popularity of the HLP.”
