Cash-at-judge's-door: HC dismisses Nirmal Yadav's petition

The Punjab and Haryana high court today dismissed the petition filed by former judge Nirmal Yadav seeking photocopies of the record of her prosecution sanction in 'Judge bribery case'. The court asked her to see prosecution record in CBI court, Chandigarh in 15 days and also directed trial court to decide on charges against her in the next 15 days.
