The Zila Sainik Welfare Office, Chandigarh, is organising free computer courses for ex- servicemen, army widows and their children. The six-month long course will commence on August 3 and will be conducted at the National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology, Industrial Area, Phase 8, SAS Nagar.

The basics of computers along with various softwares like MS-Office, Tally, Web Designing, Flash, Photoshop, Corel draw will be taught during the course.
The eligibility for attending the course is Class 10 and the maximum age limit 55 years.
The applications duly completed must reach the office by July 28.
