The Punjab government has directed all its departments to prepare online portals to facilitate the public for the redressal of their complaints online.
The public grievances department has already set up such a portal for the public who could lodge their complaints and also check the status of the complaints online, a spokesman said here.
Deputy commissioners across the state have also been asked to develop such portals and attend to the grievances online.
