Diesel prices to go up in the region today

Diesel consumers in Haryana, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Chandigarh and Delhi will have to pay Rs 1-4 more per litre from Thursday, with the four states and the union territory increasing value-added tax (VAT) on diesel.
