The Punjab government on Friday appointed former IAS officer Amarjit Singh Sidhu as the chairman of Milkfed with immediate effect.
Sidhu had rendered his services in the state administration for more than 30 years, before retiring on superannuation in 1997 as the Patiala deputy commissioner.
